Cask by hand-pump, half-pint at the Rook & Gaskill in York. Next to clear golden body. Fair lacing-layer. Plain fruit hoppy nose. Fruity taste of mild grapefruit and pineapple. Mid-dry bittersweet ending, short-lived. Soft on the swallow. Average stuff (11.07.2014).

Cask, Gravity at XT Open Day, XT Brewery Saturday 12th July 2014 Pours dark gold with a filmy white head, nice bitter beer a little sweet lemon, in fact a bit of of preserved lemon, soft in mouth, tangy, decent beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5
