Bottle from a Squires garden centre in Laleham. Malty aroma with a medicinal edge. Orange-gold. Thin creamy white head soon shrinks. Medium bitter with some underlying sweetness. Malts and honey plus boiled veg. Mesium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Relatively abrupt finish. Trying to be characterful but shoots itself in the foot with the not entirely pleasant boiled veg notes.

Cask at the Maidenhead Beer Festival. A pale amber pour with a loose white head; lemony biscuit aroma; soft and weet in the mouth with a lemon cheesecake taste; and a surprisingly clean finish,
