Was after the two Highgate beers listed on the Bulls Heads website, but they dont do them all the time. Settled for this. Keg. Hazy malts in the aroma? Dark reddish brown. Big thick off white head. Looks promising but its kinda tasteless. Malty. Light bodied. Watery but leaves a sorta bready mouthfeel. Low key finish. Slips down but could do with more impact.

Cask at the Bulls Head, Birmingham. Poured a clear reddish amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is malt, red berry fruit, grainy mineral. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a light watery grainy earthly fruity palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
