Cask at the Falcon, Clapham Junction. Pours dark orange brown with off-white head. Toasted malts, some citrus, fruit, light to moderate sweetness. Soft carbonation. Medium bodied.

Cask at the four thieves. Deep copper coloured pour with a loose sticky off white head. Aroma is toasted malts, dried fruit, plummy fruit, pinch of earth. Flavour is composed of nutty toasted bread malts, grainy, plummy fruits, sweet unrefined sugars. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Decent bitter.

Cask at the Four Thieves - London. Pours clear reddish-brown with a creamy, lasting off-white head. The aroma holds some toasted grains, ripening berries, mellow leaves. Light sweet flavor with grainy toasted malts, more berries, hints of earth and leather, mild leafy bitterness. Light in body with fine carbonation; fine condition. Finishes with hints of orange peel, more toasty bread, grains, leaves, ripe and somewhat leathery berries. Tasty.
