’Real Indian Pale’. A full tasting bright golden beer with a vibrant bitter and hoppy flavour, with a delightfully malty taste, backed up by a robust fruity citrus flavour combined with the aroma from classic American Mount Hood and Cascade hops.

Tap at the Queens Head, Birmingham. Now just called RIP. Clear light amber with small white head. It tasted quite stale and cardboardy, lacking in hops - maybe it had been hanging around a while. Do punters drink everything other than their beers? Maybe its called RIP for a reason. Meanwhile the shift manager was complaining about staff taking the piss. On and on it went. Conclusion was to take away coffee privileges. Lovely. A better punishment would be to force them to drink RIP and if they survive the experience the reward is a second chance with Devilports.
