Cask at the Assembly Rooms, Solihull. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, acid citrus. The flavour is light bitter with an acid lemon lime citrus palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Unusual but uninspiring. Tastes more like cask yeast than the fruit beer that it’s supposed to be.
