An excellent example of a great British beer this deliciously drinkable amber ale has a distinctive clean tasting floral aroma.

Bottle from Garsons Farm, near Esher. Sweet floral aroma with a dose of sugaryness. This beers appears to change colour based on other ratings - I’d ago for a dark amber. Poor white head, just some whisps. Light bitter. Malty. Develops a citrus sour edge into the finish. Light bodied. Thin, if there is some spiciness to it. Fizzy carbonation. Low key finish. Really as bland as you can get. The carbonation along with the texture make me think of a malty soda water. It seemed be a as as Surrey tick and that’s it.

Cask at the 16th Egham Beer Festival. A pleasant dark bitter, with a fruity chocolate taste; and a dry nutty finish.
