A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, over ripe fruits, and spices, leading to a dry finish.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 4. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds lightly aged malts, rich fruits, toffee. Big sweet flavour with heavy wood character, alcohol, lots of aged toffee, dates. Full bodied, oily, with fine carbonation. Warming finish with more ripe and sugary fruits, hearty malts. Heavy, but decadent and fun.

Hazy red brown colour, white head. Aroma of caramel, very nutty, the skin of a nut. Malty flavour, wood, caramel. Malty finish, quite alcoholic, wood, sugar cane, cachaca. Nice!

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Malty alcoholic aroma. Starts malty and intense alcoholic, fiery. Warming-malty finish, sharp alcoholic. Okay.

Keg at the Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, green session. 03/05/2014. Blond / red / caramel coloured pour, no head. Aroma is bourbon, mint, honey mats. Warming alcohol. Sticky sweet honey and caramel. Nice rounded layered malts. Warming alcohol in the finish.

Draught @ CBC 2014 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Way Blond Barleywine ].Unclear matt medium amber color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel,wood, oak, oxidide, alcohol. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, alcohol, oxidide, barley wine alike, sweet malt, dried fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light boozy - alcoholic. [20140503]

CBC. Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and boozy. Flavor is very sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and boozy finish. 030514

CBC Session 4. Hazy amber beer, residual pale tan head. Palate is smooth with fine carbonation. Smooth and rich malts, sweet with caramel. Nice spicy apple. Smooth finish. A luxuriant and spicy barleywine. Very nice indeed.

Tap @ CBC, 14. Dark amber/brown with tiny head. Aroma is malt, caramel, oasted and candy. Flavour is malt, fruit, caramel, toasted, sweet, candy, sticky and wood.
