Cask. Bath Hotel, Sheffield. As Cloudwater Spring Pale. Gold, with a light haze. Bubbly, clingy, white head. Sweet malts, with some gooseberry, and ripe melon hop. Taste is soft sweet, turning zingy bitter. Zesty punch on the palate. Finishes fairly bitter, with a dry close. Ok. Smells good. Probably would have preferred this on keg?

Cask at the Vanbrugh Tavern, Greenwich Beer Festival, June 2015. Gold pour with white head. Vanilla, pine and sweet citrus aroma which blends nicely into the flavour. Nice.
