Can from Fresh Fields, Croydon. It pours murky golden with a decent white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, creamy, ripe stone fruits, melon, persimmon, nectarine and some bread. The taste is crisp, dry, quite soft, mellow bitterness, pithy citrus, melon, persimmon, peach, waxy, grassy, straw and bready with a smooth finush with a touch of dryness. Light+ body and fine carbonation. Mellow and quaffable. Solid session gear.

(Cask at Southampton Arms, Gospel Oak, London, 24 Nov 2016) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with grapefruit, pineapple, mango and biscuits. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, peaches, biscuity malt and a balanced citric bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Quite nice.

Cask at the Euston tap. As cloud water pale. 4.1% pale yellow straw coloured pour with a dense lasting white head. Aroma is tangy citrus, damp hay, melon, maybe a bit of age, spicy cirrus hop. Flavour is composed of light grains, wheat and straw , melon, hints of peach, tangy apple and citrus. Palate is maybe a little tired with some signs of age, moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy. Decent.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 3rd November 2015. Slightly hazy amber with thinning off-White foam and pattern lacing. Rich fruity aroma with peach and apricot. Rich and intense citrus and apricot in-mouth with delicate grass. A finish of caramel, grass and apricot. An engaging texture with plenty of body.
