Gott

hazy orange olour, moderate sized off-white head; aroma of green apple, pear, unripe plum, alcohol, buttery-caramel and some grainy notes; taste of grains, fruitiness (unripe apple and pear), some earthy and caramel notes, as well as intensive alcohol - unfortunately it does not have the body to cover it which is quite unusual in case of a tripel with 8.1 ABV (which is, in fact, rather low than high for a tripel...)

Bottled. Foggy golden colour, rocky white head. Excellent retention. Fruity & yeasty aroma. Sourish apples, pears, minor banana & spices. Medium body. Light sweet malty taste. Candy sugar. Interesting sourish fruitiness along. Dry ending with light to medium spicy bitterness. An interesting one.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Light yellow, hazy with a tiny bit of white head. Light yeasty bready smell with some lemongrass. Taste is a bit more lively, with some spicy sweetness reeled in by sourness right at the finish. Lemon curd notes with some coriander in the aftertaste. Competent but not over-exciting.
