A dry-hopped American Lager inspired by the Coen Brothers classic The Big Lebowski. An all-American Pilsner for dudes and dudettes who like to take it easy, with a twist of lemongrass cause you know, Vietnam dude, where many of us died face down in the mud. A light beer that’s still very suitable for a hard night of bowling. We’re very proud to say that Jeff Bridges has approved this brew, so the dude actually abides.

Bottle from Wijn & Whiskyhuis Nijverdal. Aroma is malty with notes of orange, soft herbal lemongrass, and some caramel. Flavour is mild sweetish and light bitter. Body is light to medium. Decent, the caramel malt seems a bit out of place though.

Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of some lemongrass, light malty, some soft citrus hop, caramel. Flavour follows, easy drinking with a twist of lemongrass, I like it, although it's nothing mind-blowing.

Bottle from Saveur Biere. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - citrus and flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 141018

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een troebel geel bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een frisse hoppige geur. De smaak is hoppig, fruitig en citrus achtig.

2017/09/30. Bottle at koelies. Blond with thin white head. Sweet malts, weird spices and cardboard. Sorry koelie. The dude does not abide. Oh it does get nicer. Becomes very doughy. Moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Careful man, there's a beverage here. Sweet, light, lagery. Lemongrass indeed, but I don't really see a need for it. Still, The Dude abides.

Bottle. Golden. Aroma of grassy hop, herbs, caramel and malt. Taste has lager yeast, herbs, caramel and grassy hop. Solid.

Oranjegeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitterzoet met iets van lemongrass en zwarte thee.

330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orangey, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally metallic, slightly perfumed, citrusy hoppy aroma, slightly sugary pale malty background, notes of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of lime and lemongrass. Taste is bitter hoppy, slightly citrusy, minimally soapy, hints of lemon, lime, lemon zest, a touch of lemongrass.
