CBC Session 4. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Light fresh cucumber balanced by something savoury. Light minerally crisp finish. Clean and tasty.

From the June 2013 3R6P tasting. +++ Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy amazingly pale yellow-white color with a medium sized foamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was strong cucumber, vinegar, lemon and dill. The flavor was tart and dry with notes of champagne, cucumber, vinegar, dill and pepper. Long finish. Light to medium body. Odd but yummy.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 4th session. Very pale yellow. Aroma full of cucumber and melon – disgusting because I hate cucumber and melon. Slightly sourish flavor with lots of cucumber. Light-bodied. Not a bad beer, but really not for me, I can’t drink this.

Small shortlasting head. Aroma is kind of strange fruity, cucumber, wet grain, sweaty cheese, grass, hints of thin mango juice. Taste is kind of salty fruity, cucumber, potatoes, salt, paper, hay. Little bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Very strange!

Sample at CBC 2014. Clear light golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of cucumber, salt, wheat and some light notes of yeast. A bit strange to be honest.

Smakprov CBC 2014. Absolut det sista i fatet och mest skum. Stor gurkdoft. Smaken har tydliga gurkdrag med med en lätt sälta vilket skapar upplevelsen av att dricka lätt syrlig pressgurka. Frisk och lite udda och faktiskt inte illa alls.
