On tap at 7venth Sun, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp cucumber skins upfront, with a touch of lacto and lightly tart citrus. Flavour is punchy, expressing the cucumber skin nicely, with a bit of fresh cucumber body, lightly tart citrus, and a hint of sweetness. Fresh and highly drinkable. Very good.

A pale blonde Gose with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light cucumber pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light acidity, light cucumber, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Tampa brewery location.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is tart cucumber, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is cucumber, tart lemon, and brine.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014 - Session 4. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a creamy, white head. Good cucumber nose. Moderately sweet, with nice and true cucumber character, and mild salty bite. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean on the finish, nicely salty and fresh. A lovely, easy-drinking gose.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2015. Pours hazy pale golden with a small frothy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and vegetal with crackers, lemon juice, cucumber, yoghurt, freshly cut dill, minerals and lemon zest. taste is sour, salty, fruity and vegetal. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, mouth-puckering and light bodied. Finish is sour and salty with crackers, saltines, lemon juice, lime juice, cucumber, dill, yoghurt, minerals and lemon zest. Very cool cucumber gose. Very heavy on the cucumber which I guess isn’t for everyone but I quite like it.
