Bottled. Golden colour with a big white foamy head. Aroma is spicy, some yeasty, wheatlike and citrus notes. Flavour is wheat, some spices, grapefruits, citrus and some nice spicy/yeasty tones. Kind of strongly hopped wheat beer?

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of gooseberry, unripe peach, grassy and herbal overtones. Taste is dry, fruity hoppy, fruity yeasty and minimally sweet wheat malty, notes of peach, some gosseberry on light banana basis, grassy and herbal hoppy overtones, a slightly dusty and peppery spicy yeasty touch. Refreshing - nice.

Cask at the London Brewers Market April 3016. Pours soupy pale gold with a lasting, frothy off-white head. The aroma holds dry wheat bread, lemon peel, some zesty grapefruit, hay. Light sweet flavour with sturdy grassy bitterness, more pale wheat bread, husky grains, light earth, citrus peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation; decent condition. Finishes with further rindy citrus, flaked wheat, bitter grass, pale grains, hay. Not bad overall.
