An American style IPA hopped up to an unhuman level with intense citrus and tropical fruit hop aromas, resinous hop flavour backed up with a solid 130+ IBU hop bitterness.
With Berserker we wanted to throw precedent and balance completely out of the window. When it came to the original IPAs, the stronger, the paler, the drier the better. We wanted to create an IPA unlike other breweries, so we hopped the living daylights out of it at every single stage of the process to create the purest of lupulin hits for the most extreme hop junkies.
