BIAB 6.1% at 2018 Welsh Perry & Cider Festival, Caldicot. Golden colour, no head and woody apple aroma. Taste is fruity, juicy apple, woody, oaky, formic acid note, with drying tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry tannic finish. Quite OK.

Cask @ Lamb & Flag, Oxford. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are apples, fruits, herbs and has a nice sour finish.

Cask @ Lamb & Flag, Oxford. Clear amber without head. Aroma is sweet apples, fruity and apple juice. Flavor is quite sweet. Dry finish. 170218
