Amber brown colour. Aroma is quite sour. The taste is too sour for me, slightly vinegary. A bit of sweetness comes through in the finish.

Bottled@sbwf14. Brown/reddish colour, thin white head. Vinegar, funky berry aroma. No house aroma detected here. Super dry. Mild vinegary, white grapes, tart, red berries. Again, dry is the word here. Decent sour ale, no doubt.

Draught @ Brewers Beer Bar. Pours hazy deep reddish brown with a creamy offwhite head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour and tiny sweet with sweet dark bread, red wine vinegar, dark grapes, moist hay, moist wood, raspberries, blackberries, lemon juice and orange zest. Taste is very sour and tiny malty with dark bread, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, alcohol, raspberries, cranberries, moist wood, hay, leather, orange zest, lemon zest and barnyard. Mouthfeel is round, tart, dry, slightly mouth-puckering, slightly burning acetic and medium to full bodied. finish is sour and tiny malty with dark bread, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, hay, raspberries, raisins and lemon zest. Heavy sour/red... Punishing but strangely enough quite balanced and very tasty.
