CBC. Unclear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and sour fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 030514

Draft @ Beer Ditch, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour tart oaky aroma. Fruity sour tart woody flavor. Has a dry woody sour tart fruity finish.

CBC Session 3. Hazy deep red - amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and dry and a little crisp. Mild floral sourness. Touch of cherry. Finishes dry.and crisp. Not bad.

Keg at BrewDog, Stockholm. Hazy amber, small head. Acetic nose with evident oak character. Vinegary sour with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Very intense with vinegar, white wine, star fruit and mild peppery finish.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. Smak och doft av humle, vinäger, äpple, vinbär, inlagd gurka och toner av fat. Torrt, friskt me lätt syrlighet. Väldigt gott suröl.

Pours hazy orange amber with off-white head. Aroma of redcurrant, red berries, sour cherries. Taste is meduim sour with balanced sweetish finish. Body is light and crisp.

[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 4th session. Cloudy orange. Nice funky and oaky aroma. Lovely sour fruity flavor with a light caramel hint, a vinegar note and oak. Medium-bodied. Good stuff.

Sample at CBC 2014. Hazy reddish with a minimal head. Aroma of viengar, apples, some wood and funk. The taste was fresh and funky with apples, oak, vinegar and apricot. Dry and elegant, nice stuff!
