BORIS the Crusher made with coffee from the Hippie Coffee Company in Canton, OH. Freshly roasted coffee flavor and aroma add satisfying levels of complexity to this robust stout, perfectly complimenting its intense, rich roasted character. Cold infusion with whole coffee beans keeps the bitterness low and the flavor high!

Opaque. Almost black. Good-looking tan head. Aroma: massive roast, earthy coffee, citrusy hop. Very intense. Medium to full body. Taste: big roast, big coffee, chocolate, lots of fruity hop. Some distant treacle and vinous notes. Medium plus bitterness. Quite bombastic one. Almost over the top. Almost. Still it is not. Pretty cool

Sampled on draft this beer poured a black color with a large foamy dark brown head that left good lacing. The aroma was dough, malt and faint coffee. The flavor was dough, malt, coffee and booze. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

Bra, gedigen kaffestout!

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 2 Sep 2017) Black colour with creamy, dark brown head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark chocolate, fresh roasted coffee and cacao. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark chocolate, cacao, black rye bread and a mild coffee bitterness. Full body, quite dry. Really tasty, with loads of fresh coffee. Excellent beer.
