A soured beer using un-milled grain in the Berliner Weisse style making use of natural Lactobacillus for fermentation. This sour is infused in the mash with locally sourced fresh Rosemary and then cold conditioned on the zest of fresh Grapefruits.

Clear gold with a rich white head. Sharp rosemary and citrus. Soured rosemary and an earthy herbal finish. Not my thing.

Nice. Tart, lots of grapefruit, little bit of creamy yoghurt, light herbs but can't put my finger on it being rosemary. Easy going and tasty!

Bottle from Eebira. hazy yellow straw colour with a white head. Aroma is herbal rosemary, and pithy grapefruit citrus. Taste is sharpe citrus juice, bitter grapefruit, pith.

bottle at home ... golden yellow amber ... small white head .... big big funk nose ... very fizzy ... way way too lactic ... soft fruit .. light grapefuit .. but the lacttic funk is dominating
