375ml bottle. Clear, copper-ish, amber colour with small to average, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Malty, fruity, minimally sugary aroma, notes of blue grapes, sherry, sherry vinegar, green apple parings, moss. Taste is tart and sugary sweet, notes of rock sugar, sherry, blue grapes, citric acid, fruit acid, dry overtones of green apple parings; soft, minimally sticky palate, gentle carbonation. Rather flattering due to its sugary sweetness.

From old tasting notes. Cloudy orange color with an immense creamy yellowish head. Sweet fruity vinous aroma with underlying yeastiness. Dry tart acidic flavor upfront. Intensely sour finish and aftertaste. As Geuze Lambics go, this is above average. Definitely an acquired taste. The rocky head stays right to the bottom of the glass leaving a magnificent Belgian lace.

25 cl bottle served in champagne flute. Pours orangish amber with thin, poorly lacing, bubbly, short-lived greyish off-white head. Aroma is cider, caramelized apples, brown sugar, cinnamon roll. Fizzy and dry; acidic, tart, crisp and sharp. No bitterness whatsoever in the medium-lasting finish.

Bottle - Light citrus funk. Clear gold with a decent white head. Sweetish stone fruit and a light funk. Not like Ny other I have had with only light funk and very fruity sweetness.

Bastante buena. Para repetir.
