Manhattan inspired saison aged on bourbon oak and shitloads of cherries. Aroma of dark fruits, sultanas, plums, cherries and oak spice with fruity esters from the saison yeast. Dry finish with notes of coriander and bitter orange.

Keg at BD Soho. It pours hazy bright red with a decent pink-white head. The aroma is sweet, fresh, quite a lot of red berry, cherry, bakewell tart, vanilla custard and jam. The taste is bitter, juicy cherry, jammy, tangy berry compote, cherry tunes, bakewell tart, big oak character, vanilla, waxy citrus peel, wine gums and some booze through the finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. I prefer the aroma to the taste, but it is good fun nonetheless.
