Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Citrus notes, Moderate bitter flavor. pine and citrus notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

(Bottle) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of citrus, lemon, lemon curd, lime, hay, barnyard and a touch of honey. A bit perfumy. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, lemon, lemon peel, hay, white bread, tart fruit and honey. Medium body, dry. Low bitterness. Fresh and tasty, leaning towards lambic territory, with a good splash of citrus. Very nice.

Tap @ WarPigs. Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. Aromas of citrus, classic yuzu notes, mandarin, pineapple, lemon, pine, orange, orange peel, hops. Taste is about the same, mandarin, lemon, orange peel, hops. Very different, very nice!

If you enjoy sour stuff…go get this one. I had problems with my stomach for a couple of hours after drinking this one. Had to find my sweetest barley wine to stabilize my body. A strange combo of green apples, yeast, yuzu, bernyard and lemon. Felt a bit unbalanced in my world. This bottle had stayed in the basement for some years. Maybe a bit oxidized also. So drink it as fast as you can if you find a fresh bottle. [Bottle from Kaaz] First rating 2019

Sour smooth nose. Intense sour yuzu aroma, fresh. Mild fresh sour beginning. Intense round fresh mild sourness with a smooth round aftertaste. Nice.
