29-04-17 // bottle shared at Le Petit Belge, Wiesbaden. Thanks Zwiebel88! Hazy light pinkish beer, white lacing. Nose is intense beetroot, light lactosour. Light sour, light yeasty, light soapy, beetroot weirdness, corinader in the end.

Can shared at craft beer Co Islington. Many thanks to Danny for this one. A hazed pinky peach coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is spicy woody sour, grape, grapefruit, cleaning product,. Flavour is composed of salty lemon, woody sour, sea water, sickly salt, spicy veg, hint of beetroot. Palate is salty tart, highish carbonation. Way too salty. Nit a fan of this one.

Can shared in London - many thanks to Daniel. Pours clear red with a thin white head. Earthy beets in the nose, some lemon. Light sweet flavour with some buttered popcorn, cereal, lemon, earthy beets. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Finishes with some floral notes, moderate tangy acidity, more earthy beets. Not bad.
