Can split at CBC Islington, thanks to Daneil, 26/04/17. Pinkish orange with a decent crimson cap. Nose is pink berries, straw, earthy, light floral wave. Taste comprises light herb, red berries, earthy beetroot whisper, hint of vanill, wooded tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough offering.

Craft Islington bottle share. Thanks to Dan the man for the can. Hazy orange - pink beer with a peachy colour head. Palate is airy, mildly dry and has modest fine carbonation. Mild tartness. Some bitter hazlenut. Earth fruity beetroot. Mildly tart finish. Interesting and surprisingly drinkable but I don’t think hops have anything to worry about yet.

Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aroma is tart with a notes of malt, citrus and coriander. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light to medium sour with a long dry, tart, citrus and coriander finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

CBC 2017: pours red (bright red) with a white head. Aroma is funky, mineralish, hints of sugar. Taste is lightly sour. A bit on the salty side. Mouthfeel creamy. I love beets, but was a little disappointed that they were not better represented in the flavor. Still a pleasant beer.

Can at Craft Islington, shared by Danny. It pours cloudy pink - purple, medium white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, candied beetroot, orange marmalade, tangerine and salty peach. The taste is crisp, tart, sour, lemony sherbet, beetroot, candied fruits, citric acidity, salt, orange and earth with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Way better than expected. Bizarre, but sort of works!
