Pale gold in colour, with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew, with a big mix of US & NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker.
Full in flavour, zesty, refreshing & low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.

Cask: half-pint at the Pheasant, Wellington, Shropshire on 14th June 2014. Golden and clear body, on top a white covering of bubbles. Citrus notes from the start, this is heavily hopped with grapefruit notes leading the flavours throughout. Not my thing, but if you are into light beers with a citrus bent, then this is for you.

Cask-conditioned at the Barley Mow, Bristol, February 2014. Slightly hazy gold, with a thin white head. Plenty of tropical fruit character, solid cereal malts and a dryish finish. Good.
