Pale gold in colour, with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew, with a big mix of US & NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker.

Full in flavour, zesty, refreshing & low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.

Cask @ De Molen Beerfestival 2014. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Fresh citrus and grass. A bit of bread and biscuit. Smooth and soft. Really lovely!

Cask ale, half, at Euston Tap. Pale golden coloured body, near-clear. Low white head, lasting. Grassy hops on the nose, fresh fruits as well. Rather sappy taste of citrus, mild farmyard, and paler malts. Mild fruity ending. Not diluted. Just refreshing and nice (London 24.09.2014).

Tap at Borefts 2014. Pours clear pale golden with a thin white head. Aroma is weedy, light grassy and light cheesy hops. Flavour is light sweet and over moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.

Cask @ Borefts 2014. Golden color, quite clear. Virtually no head. Aroma’s of grain, citrus, along with malts/grain and fruits retronasal. Flavor is moderate bitter, fruity. Light bodied. Finishes with malt/grain and rather bitter. Nice one!

Borefts Beer Festival 2014. Hazy pale golden with a lasting white head. Malty and grassy aroma with citrus hops, and a hint of sulphur., Dry and hoppy flavour with pleasant citrus and exotic fruit

At BBF 14 Pours clear blonde . Smell is hoppy, grainy . Bitter . Taste is bitter, hoppy, bit grassy . Some pine notes . Harsh. Low carbo ( its cask, after all ) . I prefer more carbo , but tastewise, this is pretty neat

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2014. Thank you! Light clear golden, creamy white. Oily citrus, herbs taste, sweetish, melon grape smell. Taste is very oily, touch olive oil, herbal, citrus, bitter grass, light bread. Oily body, soft carb. Decent for sure.

Cask at Borefts 2014. Poured a clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is citrus yeast. The flavour is light bitter with a light barnyard malt light grass hop palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Aroma: Sweet, honey, nectar.
Body: Light body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Sweet, nectar, hops, some grass.
