We brewed an old school English IPA and aged it in wooden barrels for 7 months with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. For a modern twist Nelson Sauvin and Centennial Hops were added to the barrels to give a fresh hop aroma that complements the funky Brett.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, Online Store, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home, Saturday 7th January 2017 i Pours a sunset yellow, little hazy, very small head. Funky and hoppy at the same time, I love Little Earth Beers they are completely one off, funky, earthy perfumey, it is great, dry lacks sweetness.Had this after our Thai meal, love it.
