We brewed an old school English IPA and aged it in wooden barrels for 7 months with a mixed culture of yeast and bacteria. For a modern twist Nelson Sauvin and Centennial Hops were added to the barrels to give a fresh hop aroma that complements the funky Brett.

42nd Floor Bottleshare. Thanks to Dan. Hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth, pretty low carbonation. Dry malts. Bretty bitterness. Mild savoury. Floral hop. Dry sour wine and a touch of wood. Lemony sourness. It’s okay but no idea why Little Earth are presenting this an IPA.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo. Hazy orange body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of green apple, sour Skittles and cloudy lemonade. Flavour of bitter lemon and white wine. Thin to medium body with a watery texture. Light fizz. A bright, zippy beer. Full on but nice.
