[5/2/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 2nd session. Hazy pale yellow. Sourish aroma with wheat, coriander and a light lactic note. Sourish flavor, somewhat lactic with wheat and mild spiciness. Light-bodied.

Session 2, draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Pale golden. Filmy layer at the surface. Spiced fruit aroma. Flavours of dry lemon, spices, coriander and salt, on a backbone of wheat. Mid-tart, grassy hops to the ending. Medium to thin bodied. Unusual, but not too exciting (02.05.2014).

Small shortlasting head. Aroma is very strange, kind of like stomach acid, salt, citrus, hay, hints of shed. Taste is slightly sweet, sugar, grain, salt, sorrel, grapefruit, berry skin hay, shed, grass. Medium bitterness, dry strange mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea.

Sample at CBC 2014. Hazy yellow with a small head. Aroma and taste of funk, citrus, wheat, some salt and hay. Light and dry. A bit dull to be honest.

Draft at CBC 2014. Pours cloudy pale golden with a ring white head. The aroma actually smells salty if such a thing is possible, along with citrus notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy salty, light sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Aroma is dusty, cellar, plants and vomit. Tastes like I just vomited as well, very sour. Horrible.

Growler thanks to Ilya! Pours a cloudy gold and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of wheat with a light lemony tartness with a hint of blue cheese. Flavor combine tart lemon and wheat bit has a bit of an over powering blue cheese note as well as a bit of yogurt.
