This universe ends somewhere. Beyond the garnish glam of today’s shiny baubles, lies a disjointed, rather chaotic world of the mind’s creation. Governing the bounds of this visual exploration are no laws or rules, just imagination. Here reside the amalgamated bastards of thought, the tattered remains of contempt and the evocative burst of pure bliss. Met with the confines of reality, we ascend with this worthy receptacle. Theorized of Pilsner, oats, rye, and a blend of six otherworldly hops, this IPA is dry-hopped twice and fermented on our house yeast. Made to quell our innermost fears. Derived from our most outward desires.

Can shared in Hackney - many thanks to Tipple. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. Good dank hop aroma, some peach, tangerine rind. Light-medium sweet flavour with a little musty citrus peel, some booze, ripening citrus, low bitterness. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with mild boozy warmth, pithy citrus, some rindy bitterness. Not bad.

Can into a snifter showing hazy dark orange with sparse white foam lacing. The nose shows notes of lemon and line with hints of papaya. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Clean flavors of lemon and lime with a light citric edge and a subtle bitterness on the finish.

Beer Table To Go, NYC can: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits, citrus. Taste is fairly large for a session IPA. Not very bitter. Quite juicy. Good. I did not really pick up on the lemon and lime as the commercial description attests. Good body.

Lots of big one aroma like a Canadian lumberjack coming home from work. Hazy orange pour with decent head and lacing. Light citrus and orange. Great hops and easy drinking. Tap at Churchkey.

Sample at the taproom. Hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
