Chelmsford Winter Beer Fest (with Rune, Rasmus, Saxo and Camons) @ KEGS. Cask. Clear gold beer, a few white bubbles. Palate is smooth, fairly dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts. Milky sweetness. Good ripe tropical fruits. Floral hop before a dry finish. Severely held back by the milky sweetness, North Riding have done better than this.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Clear golden with a creamy head. Abundant with grapefruit in both aroma and taste, but no high citrus or sourness and very easy sipping for it. There’s peach in here too.
