From old tasting notes. Cloudy Amber orange color. Thick rocky beige head. Spicy, sweet malt nose hints at allspice. Bittersweet complex malt flavor has notes of yeastiness and fruit. Bitter complex hop finish. Long complex aftertaste.

Bottle @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Dorata torbida con schiuma bianca media. Al naso è etilica, sentirti di malto, esteri, lieviti. In bocca è dolce all’attacco con finale amarognolo a bilanciare. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Un classico.

300 ml bottle from Albert Heijn supermarket, Antwerp. Served in Trappist glass. Classic blonde Tripel with a bitter taste. Rather fruity aroma, but not sweet. Aftertaste is intense and slightly bitter. Carbonation is medium. Good Tripel!

Dopo “qualche” birra bevuta ho rivalutato questa Tripel. Forse un po' troppo dolce e sbilanciata sull'alcool. Non è all'altezza delle più blasonate ma rimane comunque una buona birra. 08.10.2021 bottiglia 33 cl. schiuma compatta media persistenza, colore oro velato, carbonatazione media, al naso malto e caramello, medio corpo, per i miei gusti troppo alcool nel finale. 01.01.2017 6,3,5,3,12
