Bottle. Pours fizzy, murky pinkish with airy, quickly vanishing head. Eerie aroma of soap and artificial grapefruit juice. Abhorrent, bitter flavour of detergent with notes of cheap lemonade, lingering unpleasantly on the palate and giving bubbly belches. Pray tell me, dear brewers of Silly, what sort of concoction de merde is this?!

horecabeurs ghent 2012 looks orange-ish , white big steady foam. smells very weird. fruyity, hops, .. taste.. limonade combined with barbeque, anis, toothpaste and fruits. WEIRD !! i wouldn’t call this beer, i wouldn’t call this a good taste, i would call it WEIRD ( and prob the most intresting thing i had in a long time)

(Draught at Delirium Tap Bar, Brussels, 20 Oct 2012) Hazy orange colour with frothy, pink head. Fruity nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit and orange peel. Quite perfumy. Fruity taste with citrus, orange peel and mandarin. Sweeter than grapefruit. Medium body. Feels quite artificial and a touch too sweet. Refreshing and quite tasty as a soft drink. A bit hard to describe in beer terms.

Bedankt Kraddel. Met zijn drieën (of eerder vooral met zijn tweeën) 25 cl. fles gedeeld op de trein. Uit de fles dus ik heb niet al te veel idee over hoe dit eruit ziet maar blijkbaar roze. Verpakking situeert zich ergens tussen kitsch en leuk met toch wel wat meer van het eerste. Ruikt naar echt veel artificiële zoetstof, limonade en een van de snoep poeders die jij bij de krantenwinkel aan de kassa kan kopen. Smaakt naar limonade, snoep poeder, heel veel zoetstop, zwaar artificieel, de bitterheid van zoetstof, toch wel wat lichtjes op het einde, wat lichte sap. Med. mondgevoel … ik begrijp dat dit soort bieren zijn markt en doel heeft maar ik vraag mij toch af of iemand het echt wel aangenaam vindt om zoveel zoetstof te proeven … maar, ja mensen drinken cola en ik heb genoeg mensen tegengekomen die dit soort dingen het lekkerste ding op aarde vinden. Zal wel aan mij liggen…

Clear pink colour, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, candy, sweets, very sweet, artificial esters. Very sweet flavour, little else. Finish fake, by lack of a different word. Somewhat sweet with a lot of artificial esters.
Nice idea, beer with grapefruit, but a horrible execution. Drain pour.

Bottle. Pours clear pink orange, large white head, no lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, flowers, perfume, citric acid. Taste of sweet grapefruit, citric acid; sickly aftertaste. Definitely unpleasant.

Bottle @ home, shared with my girlfriend Ansjelaah. Orange colour with some red tones blended in, hazy and a head that dissappears quickly. Smells like like perfume, showergel, shampoo, ’dreft’ (dishwashing soap), pine, minty, some herbs but mostly very soapy. Makes me almost too scared to drink it. Tastes quite a bit soapy also, sweet, apparently some fruityness but i can’t recall the specific fruit, again the whole shampoo, soap, dishwashing stuff. Also some candy taste.. Really weird experience. Quite chemical. I don’t like it. Fizzy carbo, thin body. Quite awefull. The bottle is funny though. Not the nastiest beer i’ve had, but dedinately one of the worst.

Hazy orange with an off-white head. Aroma is quite sweet and pink grapefruit juice - not like grapefruit notes from hops. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish. Somewhat watery. A very different beer. 200711
