A massive Imperial Stout brewed with plenty of oats then aged in a fresh cherry wood barrel with loads of Christmas fruits which were macerated in Brandy for a week. This is a collaboration with Ghost Whale bottle shop in Brixton.

Bottle at L42 - thanks to Ken. It pours black with a medium tan head. The aroma is soft, sweet, oily, sticky, booze soaked fruits, tangy, juicy, oily, dried fruits, oak and a touch of spice. The taste is slick, oily, chewy, sticky, charred wood, roasted malt, cherry, tannic, warming alcohol, bit of permanent market pen and nail polish remover with a drying finish. A bit harsh on the taste, but fun stuff overall.
