Let’s face it – we love big, flavorful stouts. As luck would have it, our friend Jeppe at Evil Twin Brewing feels the same way. We decided to brew a beer together that took elements from our favorite stouts we each produce to come together as one beer. Bible Belt takes elements we love from Prairie Bomb! and combines them with Evil Twin Brewing’s world famous stout, Even More Jesus. The end result is a smoky, spicy stout that is sure to please the pallet.

Pours black into a tulip. Tan head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Vanilla with mild chile aromas. Thick with dark chocolate, chile and espresso upfront turning to sweet vanilla mochiato in the lasting finish.

On tap at Beer Temple. Black colour, brown head. Aroma of smoke paprika powder, lots of roast, chocolate. Flavour is medium sweet, paprika, chili, coffee, chocolate, roast, toffee, bittersweet finish. Full bodied. Served a bit too cold. Pepper is a bit too dominant imho.

1 pint can. Pours black with full tan head. aromas of rich roasted malts, chicory, black coffee, and dark powdery chocolate. Flavors of dark syrupy but dry chocolate, cream, vanilla, and slick roasted malts. Smooth, creamy AND dry, and a little hot. Excellent

Sampled from a 16 oz can this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy very dark brown head that left great lacing. The aroma was somewhat faint with toasty malts, vanilla and chocolate. The flavor was chocolate syrup, vanilla, coffee, toasty malts and a hint of hot pepper. Very long finish with lingering chocolate. Moderately full bodied and smooth. Alcohol well controlled. Excellent

16 oz can poured, shared by NachoCat. Thanks! Always down for a pepper beer. Very thick pour. Almost like syrup. Dense brown cream head. Vanilla, chocolate, slight mint aroma. Bold flavor. Dark chocolate, vanilla, minimal chilies impression. Creamy, and dangerously smooth for how strong it is. A delicious dessert of a beer here. Delicious!

Caña en el Seňor Lúpulo Gijon 01..02..2018. (r613). Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro. Sabores intensos maltosos tostados ligeros torrefactos, cacaos, vainillas y lactosas. Suave amargo seco al final. Cuerpo intenso con gran sensación alcohólica, densa y fina en boca. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.
