Let’s face it – we love big, flavorful stouts. As luck would have it, our friend Jeppe at Evil Twin Brewing feels the same way. We decided to brew a beer together that took elements from our favorite stouts we each produce to come together as one beer. Bible Belt takes elements we love from Prairie Bomb! and combines them with Evil Twin Brewing’s world famous stout, Even More Jesus. The end result is a smoky, spicy stout that is sure to please the pallet.

Dark brown. Inky, looks pretty flat, with no head. The aroma has a lot of chocolate, a lot of alcohol on the nose. On the palate, it's quite spicy, like cloves, with a bit of chocolate, with a splash of alcohol. It's definitely a bit flat, and that spiciness is pretty powerful. It seems to be so much more mellow than the barrel version.

355 ml bottle at Alex's (thx, Farees!). Batch #1. Aroma sweet, fruity, cocoa, some chilli peppers. Taste is quite dry, somewhat sour and roasted malt. The fresh one is better IMO.

Bottle shared with Zlotta, Beerhunter111 & Koelschtrinker. Thick and rich beginning. The body is smooth, fresh. Round and mild, chocolate, dried plums, red fruit. Very interesting but refreshing combination, long caramelly smooth fresh chocolate aftertaste. very nice brew - smooth with no alcohol present.

Intensiv würziger Antrunk von starken Malznoten und runden Schokoladennoten. Erhöhte Karbonisierung, nie alkoholisch. Vollmundig, langer Nachhall mit intensiven Noten von Kaffee, etwas Chili. Gut. 10/11/11/11//11
