Pretty good Saison beer that's just a little more citrusy than the usual. Otherwise good aroma body carbonation and finish with just the right amount of Funk.

Crowler from Steve's University Avenue, 9/14/18. Hazy amber, thin creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of funk, candied lemon, spice. bready malt. Taste is funk, lemon, caramel, bready malt. Medium bodied.

Draft at Surly event at Craft Brewed. Pours a deep gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Big yogurt, lemon custard nose with oak and vanilla sherry aromas. Smooth, more oak and vanilla. Nose is more tart than palate. Creamy and funky finish that lingers.

Tap at the brewery, recommended by the bartender. Veery dry, tart, and light, Belgian ale that in the mouth gives you some tartness and white wine notes. Good, I don't usually enjoy beers this dry so much.

Small shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, flowers, yeast, dried fruits, hay, citrus, banana, hops, leafs. Taste is slightly dry fruity, caramel malts, hay, sorrel, grapes, flowers, yeast, citrus peel, oak, leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Sampled from the tap at the 2017 Minnesota Winterfest. Pours a clear gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has ag good amount of Brett and white wine with light grains and alight flora supporting. Flavor has a combination of earthy grain, Brett and white wine barrels.

Draft at Partisan. Clear deep golden color. Aroma of dusty overripe grapes, tannins, white wine. Taste is very white wine like. Delicious.

Poured at Wtf 2, cloudy orange yellow with thick white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus and floral. Thin mouthfeel, crisp apple, brett, vinous, light tart finish, very good.
