This installment in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. Stillings Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of earthy white grape and lemongrass on the nose. The palate balances delicate flavors of grapefruit zest, ripe kiwi, lychee and mango with touch of peppery spice on the finish. Stillings Street features the crisp malt character, soft, effervescent mouthfeel and clean finish of our Signature IPA series.

Hazy yellow-orange colour and small white head. Hop oils, juice, gooseberry bush in the nose. Medium-bodied. Lots of straw, grapefruit, fruits. Good beer but not among their best neipas.

CD 02/17/23. Pours a cloudy dark yellow colour and a rocky white head with fair retention. Aroma's: resinous, citrussy, soft fruit. Retronasal the (sweet) fruit is much more upfront, with light resin, dough, light dank. Flavour is light moderate sweet'n'bitter. Medium bodied. Light hopburn. Long finish with increasing bitterness. Not the best Trillium I've had, but still decent. And getting better when it warms up a bit.

473ml can. Smooth, grainy malty, slightly stingy hoppy and vinous grapey with some tropical notes, grass, citrus, grapefruit and herbal notes. Okay, quite grainy malty. --- Beer merged from original tick of Stillings Street on 26 Sep 2020 at 16:56 - Score: 8

Pours a slightly hazy gold from a can. Big Nelson aroma, winey and melony, similar flavors but surprisingly dry. Effervescent, slightly bitter finish, a little too acidic for me. Pretty good beer.
