Bottle from my dear fellows in misery to let me celebrate my ageing. Pours hazy dark cherry red with airy dark pink head. Clear aroma of cherries and yeast, with touches of malt. Dry and vinous flavour of cherries, with touches of yeast and hints of malt. Lingering, deep, sweet and mature cherry arma in the second nose. Dry and vinous aftertaste with mild estery touches. A very, very nice fruit Lambic. Thank you so much, Dear Friends!

Bottle, small deep pink bubbly head, very dark red to black color, aroma of ripe cherries, sweet spices, red vinous notes and just a hint of horse sweat, cherries , cherry confiture, sweet spices, just a touch of marzipan, mellow sourness. Excellent, can drink this on and on.

12.7 oz foiled, corked and caged. This bottle is 7.2% ABV. Aroma is wine-like, dark fruit, balsamic vinegar. Pours a very dark purple, like wine, with a fleeting purple head. Taste is highly sour (9/10) with a moderate bitter finish. and tastes like grape juice, cherry juice, wine, oak. Not bad.

Bottle 2020. 7.2%. A beautiful, dark red colour, a head is quite small and pink. Aroma has cherries, sourness, some balsamico and hint of barrel. Taste has lots of cherries, some sweetness, then sourness starts to increase. Medium bodied. Great aroma, the taste is simplier. Very nice beer.
