375ml bottle, from Mikkeller Beer Club. 2020 Vintage. Poured deep red color, light pinkish head. Nice sour cherries, hint of vanilla, good amount of sourness. Tart finish with some wood and more cherries. Good stuff

Tap at Salon piva. Very high sourness, complex sour character. Loads of cherries. Rather thin body, though light sweetness present. Med-high carbonation. Slightly hard to drink due to being very sour, mouth-puckering. Very good though.

Bottle from MikkellerBeerMail. Pours opaque deep almost purpulish red with tiny dark red head. Aroma is intense cherry, strawberry and rhubarb but also hints of yeast, vinegar, port wine and cookie dough. Taste is faint sweet, light bitter and medium to very acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sour and light sweet with notes of cherry, rhubarb, almonds, cherry seeds, vinegar and hints anise. I imagine this would go very well with the Danish christmas desert risalamande.

Deep purple colour. Intense cherry aroma, with a hint of cheese. Good body strength, with tickling carbonation; just a touch of sweetness, with very intense cherry juice flavour, and a nice woody/astringent note in the final. The hype is real.

375ml bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Year 2018, given at 7.2%. Pours dark red, with limited pink fine foam. Aroma is intense of sour cherries and strawberries. Body is average, like carbonation, with medium astringency. Taste is medium-high sour, very tart. Final is pungent, of average length.
