Tart, doughy, lots of cherry, almonds. Taste is great. On tap. Pours a dark red, like thick red cherry juice, with no head. Aromas of dark earthy berries and meaty cherries. Flavors of dark cherry pie, dark berry jam and soft doughy malts. Really a thick juice beverage.

Pink/cyclamen head gone in seconds; deep ruby-purple beer. Very intense cherry nose, really imposing and natural. Not sour smelling, but certainly not hinting at sweetness. Pure cherry flavour, in the best sour/sweet balance. This is pure cherryjuice with beerfermentation. And it rocks! Very slick to viscous, pure fruit-filled, low carbonation. Insanely good kriek. 2015 in a taster showing deep wine red with a finger of red tinged foam after an aggressive pour. The nose shows pronounced and intense notes of baked cherry pie with the relevant spices. The palate is thin bodied and moderately carbonated. Moderate and balanced tartness with a balanced fruit forward cherry expression. Moderately acidity throughout without the prickly acidity usually associated with some lambics. Not really any notes out of place. Balanced and very well done.
