Dark ruby colour, almost black, almost no head. Nose is mulled red wine. Mouth is sour cherry kompot, some tonic. Lightly sour. Lively carbonation. Good!

Keg at BD Paddington, 06/04/19. Purple to red in colour with a crimson cap. Nose is tangy cherry, straw, light funk, red berry must. Taste comprises cherry sherbets, funk, damp straw, cherry stones, light wood must, barnyard esters, dried red berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with mellow acidity. Nice easy drinker if lacking some depth.

375ml bottle, at the Beer Jerk Bunker bottle share, thanks to me. Pours a deep red with a fizzy pink head. Cherry, sweet cherry wine, bit of barnyard, funk, sharp vinegar, raspberry, sour gummy worms, bit of oaky vanilla stuff. Spritzy body. One of the best spontans I've tried.
