Brown with a lasting off-white head. Caramel, butterscotch and nuts aroma. Caramel sweet flavour.

Draught. Cloudy brown colour. Small creamy head. Weak, roasted flavour. Slightly fruity aftertaste.

An unclear amber beer - You canβt tell this is a brown ale, this is the lightest hued Brown Ale Iβve ever had - with a thin off-white head. The aroma is very light - with light notes of caramel and fruit. The flavor is sweet brewmashy - for a moment I thought I was across the street at Apollo - since it has the same notes of yeast. The end is dry and bitter, but where are the nutty notes. This is far from being a brown ale. Donβt let a German brewmaster brew a Brown Ale, but it is still top of the line for the brewpub - frightening....
