We changed tack slightly with our new IPA, looking for more body and intensity of flavour we used a 100% Vienna Malt base to give the beer a biscuity malt backbone. We then got thoroughly sinful with an outrageous hopping schedule featuring a scandalous combination of tropically fruity US hops. mango, papaya, guava, grapefruit & citrus combine for a wickedly juicy flavour filled experience & a fiendishly moreish bitterness full of Villainous intent.

Tap at Kaapse festival. Slight hazy dark golden with small white head. Resinous hops with some spruce, caramel, sweetened nuts, passion fruit, canned pineapple. Medium sweet with light bitterness. Medium bodied and slightly sticky.

Draft @ Tilquin English beer festival, 2015. Ambrée, col blanc-cassé. Arôme est très houblonné, entré sur le résineux, résiduel malté en retrait et de suite un coté Vienna qui restitue ce côté Munich légèrement toasté et grillé.. Palais reste centré sur cette note de forêt de pin, malt caramel, pâle-Vienna sur une pointe grillée, pure résineux.

Draught @ London Fields Brewery Tap Room, 365-366 Warburton Street, Hackney, Greater London, England E8 3RR. [ As Magic Rock Villainous ].Unclear - hazy matt medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toasted - biscuit, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, orange - citrus, caramel, toasted - biscuit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140806]

On tap at What’s Brewing. An unclear, orange-golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is piney and citrusy, peel mostly, some malts in the back. A touch of grapefruit too. It’s medium to full-bodied and dry, with a fine bitterness. Grapefruit, citrus peel, resins and a malty touch in the flavor. A good bitterness too, lasting for a good while. Refreshing and quite tasteful, with a very pleasant bitterness level. Drinks easy too. 141031

Cask at Siren Halloween bash, 1st November 14. Poured pretty cloudy off gravity, aroma is pleasant, very hoppy, taste is smooth and interesting. Really enjoyed it

Cask at Siren Halloween Beer Festival, Saturday 1st November 2014. Teally juicy fruity beer, really full on, taste like it has more oomph.. A little honey/syrupy mouthfeel, Loz gets a touch of raspberry. Really good bittersweet balance, lots of citrus. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 3.9

Clear, light brown. Aroma has lots of hop and caramel. It’s really smooth. Has some sweet red fruits and bitter hops. Very full flavoured.
