We changed tack slightly with our new IPA, looking for more body and intensity of flavour we used a 100% Vienna Malt base to give the beer a biscuity malt backbone. We then got thoroughly sinful with an outrageous hopping schedule featuring a scandalous combination of tropically fruity US hops. mango, papaya, guava, grapefruit & citrus combine for a wickedly juicy flavour filled experience & a fiendishly moreish bitterness full of Villainous intent.

Keg at the hanging bat... Golden amber... Small white head... Big zezty slught cheesy floral fruit nose... Dry zezty fruit... Lime... Passion... Again little cheesy... Dry finish 3.2 Keg at 9a... I expect a message rich congratulationing me on trying your beer a 2nd time.. Golden amber.. Thin white lacing... Soft sweet orange fruit nose... Dry zezty fruits.. Long passion zezty orange fruit.. Light tart fruit.. Long bitter peel... No no ko cheesyness 3.5

Tap at Brewdog, Sheffield. Amber, with a thick, white head. Caramel biscuit. Overripe strawberry. Light, ginger spice, maybe. Sweet, ginger biscuit taste, prior to a grapefruit juice bitterness kicking in. Light, oily resin on the palate. The biscuit hangs about on the finish, along with the pithy bitterness.
