We changed tack slightly with our new IPA, looking for more body and intensity of flavour we used a 100% Vienna Malt base to give the beer a biscuity malt backbone. We then got thoroughly sinful with an outrageous hopping schedule featuring a scandalous combination of tropically fruity US hops. mango, papaya, guava, grapefruit & citrus combine for a wickedly juicy flavour filled experience & a fiendishly moreish bitterness full of Villainous intent.

Keg at Brewdog Shepardโ€™s bush. End of the keg with a lot of yeast in suspension. Closed golden colour pour with sticky off white head. Aroma is pine and lemon hop. Some biscuit and light caramel malts in the nose. Flavour is nice rounded hop profile with resin and citrus zest. Palate is medium bodied, a little Milky on account of the yeast and medium carbonation. Flavour has a nice caramel note as well. Nice smooth assertive clean bitterness.

Keg at the Earl of Essex - London. Pours clear, bright gold with a lasting, creamy white head. Nice aroma with notes of dank citrus, toasty biscuits, a lick of sweat and grapefruit. Medium sweet flavor with loads of juicy, sticky hops, lots of citrus, mild pine, further lightly toasted biscuits, orange. Medium bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Nicely resinous to finish, lip-smacking, with lots more juicy pine and citrus, especially orange and grapefruit, with restrained bitterness. Very fresh, extremely drinkable, highky dynamic. Magic Rock in the groove.
