Bottle split at L6, thanks to Fergoose, 05/09/18. Pale yellow with a decent off white cap of bubbles. Nose is tangy orchard fruits, pear skins, straw, damp wood. Taste comprises bitter sweet pear, apple pulp, sugars, light orchard wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light dryness in the close. Decent perry ... plenty of flavour for the ABV.

Bottle shared at a Columbus tasting 05/09/2018. Many thanks! A Clear pale yellow petrol coloured pour with a halo white head. Aroma is semi sweet, horse, hair, light wet dog, Flavour is composed of semi sweet, pear, apple, grape, light tart, wood. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, highish carbaontion.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours clear yellow with a bubbly white head. Sweet but also dry and musty, some pale grains, pale wood, ripe lemon, jammy pear. Medium to full bodied, chewy, soft. Lightly warming finish, more jammy pear, cellar. Not bad.

75cl bottle. Appearance - cloudy/hazy yellow. Nose - delicate apple and pear. Something floral. Taste - more pear than apple this time, but apple still there. Palate - creamy body, but delicate. Long taper, low acid. Overall - lovely perry experience.
