Sampled from the tap at Hopscotch. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour citrus and tart tropical fruits with a light grain backbone. Flavor has tropical fruits and growing tart citrus with a touch of grain backing.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brett, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, brett, fruit, and wheat, leading to a tart finish

330ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, rapidly diminishing, white head. Tart-ish, fruity and herbal-grassy hoppy aroma, hints of gooseberry, rhubarb, a touch of hay. Taste is mildly tart, citrusy and lactic, hints of lemon, unripe gooseberry, green apple, herbal-grassy hoppy overtones with a spicy touch of hay. Refreshing, simple, unspectacular.

Pours hazy gold with a small head.Nose shows peach, banana, mandarin, tangerine, apple.Flavours include a fair bit of refreshing acidity, some peach and lemon pith.

Can. Hazy straw, modest white head. Very funky aroma with under- and ripe tropical fruit (mango, pineapple, papaya), lemon, long-damp laundry. 7+ Light bodied, maybe slightly slippery. Much more citrus than suggested by the aroma. Moderate sourness. A blast of fruit and wheat crackers with some funk, then the show’s over. Refreshing, enlivening. Would have liked to have been drinking this one over summer.

Draught @ Royal Albert Hotel, Sydney, Australia. Pours slightly hazy yellow with an offwhite head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, light sourness, citrus, light lime. Flavor is lightly sour, yeasty, wheat, tart fruity. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, light acidic finish. 100317
